Any purchase will be considered as an order as soon as the full payment is received.
Our standard delivery time is 15-21 days. This delivery time assumes normal working conditions and can be longer in case of unforeseen circumstances. You shall be notified in case of any changes in the delivery ETA.
For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request an Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics company will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
We ship through our shipping services partners and all our shipments are insured. As soon as your order is dispatched, our team will reach out to you through whatsapp and/or email to update you the with the tracking link of the shipment. Returns & Refunds
Product Specifications
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our Products are accurately displayed on the Website. However, photographs on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and information on the Website regarding size of Products is included as a guide only. Variations between the photograph of a Product and the actual Product may occur due to:
- Technical restrictions of color reproduction or photo quality on your computer or mobile device and we cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor or mobile device will accurately display the true color or other specifics related to the Product you are purchasing. We will not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of our Products displayed on the Website.
- All our jewelry is handcrafted by artisans using various simple and complicated techniques which cannot be exactly replicated to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.
We will be more than happy to walk through all details of the product including the measurements and scale of all products before you place an order. Once purchased, do note that sales on www.tamraabespoke.com are final.

Returns
- If you are unhappy with your online purchase at Tamraa Bespoke, we will arrange to take the product back and organise for a partial refund, which shall be 85% of your total invoice value. Please be aware that we will deduct 15% on the invoice value in lieu of handling, insurance and luxury logistics costs incurred. To be eligible, you will need to write to us at help@tamraabespoke.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product about your decision to return and images attached if relevant to your case.
- Once we respond to your query, we will arrange for a pickup of the product. It has to be in its original condition and secure packaging. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect the same and if it meets all return guidelines and is found in its original condition, we shall initiate a full refund.
- Should the returned product not meet the above return guidelines, we have the right to deny a return request.
- Kindly write to us at help@tamraabespoke.com and we will assist you through the return process.
- We have a right to refuse excessive or unreasonable return requests.
Damages
- In the event of any defects or damages, please email us at help@tamraabespoke.com within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue. Our team will respond back right away to remedy the situation and a replacement order of the same design shall be placed. We shall then arrange a pickup for the damaged product to be sent to us. It has to be in its original condition and secure packaging.
